Operations Manager -Multi site B&I
Surrey/Hampshire
55-58k plus bonus and car allowance
My client is looking for a strong multi site operations manager to look after up to 12 sites.
To effectively manage a portfolio of contracts whilst maintaining and building excellent client relationships. Strong financial acumen, the ability to ensure excellence in food service and the ability to cascade effectively through the team they control with a mentoring approach.
- Actively support, develop and motivate all of the people within your team.
- Coach and mentor, the General Managers in the development of their business.
- To develop effective team relationships
- Active involvement of client retention and continual development of existing business.
- Support the sales team on sales visits to site, client presentations and activities to generate new business wins
- Involved with setting and delivering company financial targets
- Production of all client budgets
- Production and presentation of MI ensuring the management of all client budgets
- Co-ordination of Relief Managers, their costs and management of their duties
- Ensure Quality and monitoring audits are carried out and actioned
- Assist in the co-ordination of all holiday and sickness cover.
- Ensure compliance in Food Safety and Health and Safety at all times in line with company procedure and CSC guidelines.
