Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Act as the primary link between multiple sites and the Owner & Operations Director for day-to-day operational issues.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly reports across various sites.
- Provide comprehensive diary management and administrative support for both key stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation for weekly General Manager meetings.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and manage various projects as needed.

Position Details:
- Based at the Company Head Office.
- Working hours: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
