Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Act as the primary link between multiple sites and the Owner & Operations Director for day-to-day operational issues.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports across various sites.
  • Provide comprehensive diary management and administrative support for both key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation for weekly General Manager meetings.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and manage various projects as needed.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Calm and focused under pressure, ensuring all responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
  • An excellent communicator, proactive, and invested in the overall success of the business.
  • Well-presented and professional, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Position Details:

  • Based at the Company Head Office.
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
