We are in need of a Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie or Pastry Sous chef.
Experience in Events/Banqueting is beneficial but not necessary
Prepping pastry for high end event companies on most shifts with the occasional request/choice to attend the events to help with plating up, or Hotel Pastry Prep shifts.
Various location’s for Pastry chefs around London, Central, South West, South, North West.
Daytime flexible shifts weekday shifts as well as occasional ad hoc and evening extra shifts if needed.
You need your own chef whites, knives, pastry utensils and safety shoes and and health and Safety Level 2.
Competitive rate and weekly pay with PAYE including holiday pay, umbrella company payments, or through limited company with some smaller event companies.
