This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to develop in a talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Assisting in menu development
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
- Follow high standards set in place by Head Chef
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Snr CDP in a high-end restaurant or similar environment
- A strong passion for food and an eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
