We are working with one of London’s most prestigious member’s clubs looking for a talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team. The Club has a loyal list of members from all over the world and has built an excellent reputation for high-end cuisine and fantastic service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to develop in a talented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail
  • Assisting in menu development
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
  • Follow high standards set in place by Head Chef

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Snr CDP in a high-end restaurant or similar environment
  • A strong passion for food and an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
