My client, a high-end Serviced Office Group is looking for bubbly and energetic Receptionist to join their team in the city.

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients so will be expected to provide an exceptionally professional ad friendly service.

You will be responsible for checking in all guests, preparing documents, spreadsheets, and logbooks, as well as assisting clients in booking meeting rooms and acting as concierge for any other business needs.

You will naturally be an organised person with exceptional time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly. You will have experience using various CRM systems, have proficiency in Microsoft Office, take care of receptions’ consumables and other stock whilst ensuring the reception is kept in a clean and tidy manner.

The ideal candidate will come from a serviced office background or who has worked in hospitality looking to transition into a more corporate setting.
