As a HospitalityRecruitment Consultant working on the Back of House Permanent team, you will play a pivotal role in placing full time staff within our diverse portfolio of hospitality clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to fill a range of roles across various sectors within the hospitality industry. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and navigate the recruitment process will be essential to your success in this role.

About the role:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications & skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices

About you:

  • Previous recruitment experience is useful but not essential
  • Previous experience in within the hospitality industry however is essential.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles, functions, and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
