My client a vibrant bar/restaurant group in Southwest London is looking for an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic Reservations Manager to join them at their new opening in the heart of London.
As Reservations Manager you will look after the reservations for the new opening whilst managing a team of executives and will be responsible for the general individual and group reservations using Collins so experience in this software is essential as you will be training the team how to use it.
To be successful in this role, you will naturally be an organised individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to up and cross sell to help maximise revenue.
My client is looking for someone who comes from the reservation scene in central London, who isn’t afraid to be proactive and who has gained quite the book of contacts along the way.
The role will be split between their head office in SW London and their new site which is a stone throws away from Oxford Circus.
