About you:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Familiarity with financial duties, including budgeting & cost control
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
