About the role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s restaurant, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and inspire a team of passionate professionals, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain our high standards.
• Manage restaurant budgets, inventory, and cost control while maximising revenue and profitability.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including personalized service and resolving any guest concerns.
• Maintain an impeccable standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with industry regulations.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost management.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and relevant certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
