About the Job:
- As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Managing and leading a team of dedicated staff, including training and development.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times, maintaining high standards and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels within the Restaurant
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a quality restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
