Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant. Your passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to maintaining our reputation as a premier dining destination in the City of London. You will oversee the restaurant floor, supervise the front-of-house team, and assist the management in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff, providing guidance, training, and ongoing development.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Monitor service standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge, skills, and service standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining cost control measures.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, finding appropriate resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for providing personalised and memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests & staff
