They are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Events Executive to help sell and plan events across their stunning venues.

Job Description: As a Sales & Events Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and coordinating events across a portfolio of beautiful venues. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless execution of their events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
    • Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
    • Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our venues and services.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored proposals.
    • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, decor, entertainment, and logistics.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and on the day of the event.
    • Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance future events.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and manage event contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
    • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
