Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales Outreach – Engage with potential clients through warm leads, including past guests, showcase attendees, LinkedIn connections, and referrals.
- Relationship Building – Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Conversion – Identify and maximise revenue opportunities for corporate events, private functions, group stays, and leisure experiences.
- Client Engagement & Networking – Represent the hotel at industry events, showcases, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and secure bookings.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with event planners, revenue managers, and operational teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Personalised Client Experiences – Understand client preferences and deliver bespoke event and hospitality solutions that exceed expectations.
About You
- Proven experience in hospitality sales (hotels, luxury venues, high-end catering, or similar).
- A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with high-end clients, ensuring discretion, attention to detail, and personalised service.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
