My client is looking for a sales savvy sales manager who is a great networker and is comfortable with both reactive and proactive sales. You will be selling across and award winning venue collection reporting to the head of sales. You need to be able to close a deal and hit KPIs week on week.
·Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key clients
·Track record of hitting personal sales targets
·Leads to gain new business have to be constantly on your mind, pro-active activities to potential new and lapsed clients.
·Organising and hosting various client familiarisation events in efforts to create new business working with the sales team.
·Prepare quotes that show you listened to the client needs.
·Managing and keeping track of referrals for events.
·Meet and greet clients at events and follow up with call or letter or mail as appropriate for their business.
·Assist in the organisation and running of promotional events including potential client activity.
·Represent the Sales team the best you can, be professional and be you.
·Responsible for issuing accurate final contracts and invoices.
·Manage, maintain and update the sales database.
·Work with the Head of Sales to ensure the financial targets are achieved both individually and as a team.
