My client, a leading caterer in Surrey are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their fast-paced team.

As Sales Manager, you will naturally be proactive in all things, target driven, think outside the box and have a real drive to succeed.

You will be a self-starter who is used to managing and motivating a sales team whilst managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and agencies.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan for each venue that the company work out of, maximise all social media channels to promote and sell venue offerings as well as organising and executing showcase events with key event bookers and corporate clients.

To be successful in this role, you will come from a solid event sales background preferably from another caterer, not be afraid of cold outreach and naturally have a bubbly and confident personality.
