I’m looking for a Senior Events Manager to project manage, plan and execute outdoor greenfield events.

· Fully project lead and account management for a large scale 3 day event

· Work with business development team on tenders for new business

· To ensure the delivery of events is to an outstanding standard

· Key client contact for event specific senior stakeholders

· Perform an event leadership role across all event functions. Providing direction and motivation to all teams

· Manage and set project timelines and milestones, ensuring project remains on target

· Management of ‘on site’ team and ability to scale up and adapt management between pre event requirements and on event multiple large teams

We are looking for someone with a solid event catering background who understands how to run the operation as much as execute it on site. They have to have the ability to understand the building of a pop-up kitchen/restaurant and the logistics around this. They must also come with great customer service skills, people management skills and have experience in managing a large budget and controlling the costs.
