Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – Unique Venue
40-45k + Commission
My client, a very cool and funky unique venue in Southwest London is looking for a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join their fun, family orientated team.
As Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you will come from a hospitality background with previous event sales experience.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end whilst working closely with the operations team to ensure the events are handed over smoothly.
You will create bespoke proposals for each client from intimate groups of 2 up to 400 pax so proficiency in Microsoft is a must and experience with Event CRM systems is also required to manage pipeline.
You will naturally be proactive and look for opportunity to drive business and generate revenue.
You will have a flair for networking and an enthusiasm to meet new people and attract new business.
You will be organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment as you will be dealing with a high volume of enquiries.
My client is looking for someone both experienced in event sales as well as having a fun personality and who will think outside the box and get creative in ways to increase revenue.
