Senior Sales & Events Manager – Event Caterer – Multi Site

£35-39k + Bonus

My client is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Sales & Events Manager to join their ever-growing Catering company based in Southwest London.

As Senior Sales & Events Manager you will be managing the sales process form beginning to end as the first point of contact for all enquiries.

You will be selling a wide range of events from Bar Mitzvahs and Anniversary parties to corporate events and Weddings across multi-site locations so coming from a catering and events background is essential.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning process through with the client including all tastings and will be on the event to ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.

Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential and familiarity with Caterease or other event/catering CRM systems too.

This role includes weekends, bank holidays and some evenings until 8/9pm when there are event days so flexibility is required.
