- Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and dish development.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
- Oversee food preparation and maintain Health and safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory and control costs.
- Train and develop junior staff members.
- Sous Chef experience in a 5 star hotel or similar establishment
- Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
