My Client is a renowned 5-star hotel in Central London, known for their luxury and commitment to excellence. They offer guests a world-class experience and are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to be part of the experienced team.

As a Sous Chef, you’ll be a crucial part of the kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef ensuring the high food standards are maintained and delivering exceptional dining experiences to their loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and dish development.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and maintain Health and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and control costs.
  • Train and develop junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Sous Chef experience in a 5 star hotel or similar establishment
  • Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
