We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team at an award-winning restaurant Located in the heart of West London. As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create and execute modern British dishes that delight their loyal clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute innovative and modern dishes.
  • Assist in day-to-day running of the kitchen.

  • Train & develop kitchen staff.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sous Chef experience in high-end restaurants or Similar settings.
  • Strong knowledge of modern cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and passionate about modern British cuisine.
