As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of world-class cuisine. Working closely with a talented head chef you will contribute to the creation of innovative and seasonal menus and assist in leading a driven and experienced team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute seasonal and modern dishes.
- Assist in Training & Developing of the kitchen team
- Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen to the restaurant’s high standards.
- Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern cuisine and culinary techniques.
- A passion for creating exceptional seasonal dishes.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of Food safety.
