As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in planning and executing high level food for a wide range of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of chefs and contribute your creativity to their ever-evolving menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu development and planning for events.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.
• Ensure all food production meets the high standards set in place.
• Train and develop junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume catering or restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and creativity.
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong food Hygiene and Safety knowledge.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
