We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a exciting new opening restaurant, located in the heart of Soho. Focusing on open fire cooking and showcasing the best produce from the UK & the continent, this is an exciting project to be part of.

As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. You will work closely with the head Chef to create and execute modern dishes that delight their loyal clientele.

 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute innovative and modern dishes.
  • Assist in day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train & develop kitchen staff.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sous Chef experience in high-end restaurants or Similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of modern cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
