Situated in a prime Central London location, this exclusive club will be have a refined atmosphere, outstanding service, and a food offering that combines classic techniques with contemporary British and European influences. The successful candidate will join a professional brigade delivering high-quality dining experiences across the club’s restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team while maintaining the highest culinary standards expected in a members-only environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking to take the next step within a prestigious, well-structured operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen
• Lead and motivate a brigade to consistently deliver exceptional food quality
• Oversee preparation and service across restaurant and private dining operations
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
• Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
• Maintain cost control, stock management, and kitchen efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a premium restaurant, hotel, or private members club
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for seasonal produce and refined modern cuisine
• Excellent attention to detail and service standards
• Calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
