We’re recruiting a Wedding & Events Coordinator to join a creative London events business delivering weddings, corporate events, filming and private hire across two unique East London venues.

You’ll be responsible for:
💍 Conducting venue viewings and converting enquiries
📝 Creating contracts, booking forms and event documentation
🎪 Planning and coordinating weddings, filming and corporate events
🤝 Managing suppliers, event crews and venue logistics
📈 Supporting business growth alongside the Events, PR and Marketing teams

This role would suit someone with previous wedding, venue or events experience who enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to develop their career within a growing events business.
