My client is a well-known, design-led catering brand operating at the premium end of the wedding market. They are now seeking a Weddings Sales & Events Manager to join their growing weddings team and take ownership of end-to-end delivery for a busy portfolio of events.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining sales, planning and on-the-day delivery. You will manage weddings from initial enquiry and tasting through to being on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and plan weddings from first enquiry through to delivery
• Lead client tastings and guide couples through menu and event decisions
• Manage wedding budgets typically in the £10k–£20k range
• Deliver weddings on-site, staying through to first dance
• Work closely with kitchen, operations and freelance teams
• Build and maintain strong venue and supplier relationships
• Ensure events are delivered profitably and to brand standards

About You

• Background in catering, wedding venues, events or project management
• A genuine foodie with a passion for weddings and live events
• Commercially aware and confident managing client budgets
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and detail-focused
• Comfortable working evenings and peak-season weekends
• Personable, hands-on and proud to represent a creative brand
