The Client: They are a leading event catering company based in Southwest London, renowned for delivering exceptional, bespoke catering experiences for a wide range of events. Whether it’s a corporate function, wedding, or private celebration, they pride themselves on their high-quality food, outstanding service, and attention to detail. Their dedicated team works closely with clients to create memorable, seamless events, and they are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help them continue to grow and exceed their clients’ expectations. Role Overview: They are seeking a passionate, results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a predominantly sales-focused role with a small but important element of event planning, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with clients while overseeing the delivery of exceptional events. You will play a key role in driving business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring our services are positioned competitively in the market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management & Business Development: Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and upselling additional services. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Identify new business opportunities across the corporate, private, and wedding sectors to grow our client base. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to generate leads and build brand awareness. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative. Event Planning (Minor Focus): Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored catering solutions that exceed their expectations. Assist with the planning and coordination of event logistics, ensuring all catering elements are delivered smoothly and according to plan. Oversee key aspects of event delivery, ensuring quality, presentation, and customer service standards are maintained. Offer continuous support to clients in the lead-up to their events, managing any last-minute changes and addressing any queries. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of events.
