We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a dynamic back-of-house team. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen management in a fast-paced environment that celebrates creativity and efficiency.

About the role:
- Support the Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
- Lead by example on prep, service, and hygiene standards
- Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters
- Assist with menu planning, dish development, and costing
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and allergen compliance at all times
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste reduction
About you:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous stepping up
- Background in premium casual or all day dining environments
- Passion for bold flavours, creative presentation, and modern techniques
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, systems, and leadership
- Calm, positive attitude under pressure and strong team spirit
