My client is looking for a Proactive Sales Executive to join their prestigious 5-star hotel, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue across events, rooms, group bookings, golf, and spa experiences—all through warm leads, without cold calling! Key Responsibilities Proactive Sales Outreach – Engage with potential clients through warm leads, including past guests, showcase attendees, LinkedIn connections, and referrals. Relationship Building – Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-end clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business. Sales Strategy & Conversion – Identify and maximise revenue opportunities for corporate events, private functions, group stays, and leisure experiences. Client Engagement & Networking – Represent the hotel at industry events, showcases, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and secure bookings. Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with event planners, revenue managers, and operational teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Personalised Client Experiences – Understand client preferences and deliver bespoke event and hospitality solutions that exceed expectations. About You Proven experience in hospitality sales (hotels, luxury venues, high-end catering, or similar). A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience working with high-end clients, ensuring discretion, attention to detail, and personalised service. Proactive and self-motivated, with a consultative approach to sales.
