We are looking for a solid Senior Chef de Partie to join this well known restaurant group situated in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie looking for somewhere to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Assisting in menu development.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
- Follow high standards set in place by Head Chef.
- Run section efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a high-end restaurant or similar environment.
- A strong passion for food and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
