This role offers the chance to take full ownership of major projects, transforming winning proposals into operational reality across some of the UK’s most exciting events.
What You’ll Do
- Take the lead on projects once contracts are secured, owning the full operational planning cycle.
- Build and manage end-to-end logistics plans for all catering elements.
- Coordinate staffing, kit, stock, transport, suppliers, and on-site operational structures.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
- Review and improve processes, driving operational excellence across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in large-scale event operations or complex logistics environments.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to bring multiple moving parts together under tight timelines.
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and lead large teams on-site.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a passion for delivering outstanding events.
