We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, exclusive Private Bank for an accomplished Pastry Chef de Partie to join their in-house culinary team.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a refined, professional kitchen offering exceptional work/life balance with Monday to Friday hours only with very few evenings, No weekends and bank holidays off!
The Role
- Preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to exacting standards
- Supporting senior chefs in menu development and seasonal offerings
- Maintaining impeccable food hygiene, allergen awareness, and kitchen organisation
- Contributing to a calm, professional kitchen culture within a corporate fine-dining setting
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Pastry Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passion for classical and modern pastry techniques
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Experience in high-end hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or corporate dining preferred
