We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join a premium corporate site in EC2, offering an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to work with high-quality, seasonal produce.
The Role
Working as part of a professional and well-structured kitchen team, you will take ownership of your section and support the senior chefs in delivering exceptional food standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a high-end contract catering environment, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting fresh, seasonal dishes to a premium standard
- Running your section efficiently during service
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
About You
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
