My client is a fast-growing hospitality group operating a portfolio of vibrant late-night venues across London. They are now seeking a creative and commercially aware Social Media Manager to take ownership of social content and digital engagement across the group.
This is a hands-on role combining content creation, social strategy and community engagement. You will manage multiple venue accounts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, driving audience growth, engagement and brand visibility through trend-led, social-first content.
The role would suit someone passionate about hospitality, nightlife and digital storytelling, with experience creating engaging content within fast-paced hospitality or lifestyle environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple venue accounts and group channels
- Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
- Film, direct and edit video and reel content across venue locations
- Build and manage a content library for ongoing campaigns and brand activity
- Monitor social media performance and produce monthly reporting with actionable insights
- Drive audience growth, engagement and community interaction across all channels
- Manage daily engagement including comments, DMs and customer interactions
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, collaborations and competitions
- Work closely with the wider marketing team on launches, activations and campaigns
About You
- Previous experience managing social media within hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle or entertainment sectors
- Strong video editing and short-form content creation skills
- Confident filming content within live venue environments
- Excellent understanding of social trends and platform best practice
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Creative, proactive and commercially aware
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a wider team
- Experience working with multi-site hospitality brands advantageous
- Flexible and willing to work evenings regularly for content capture
