The Role
Lead and inspire the management and wider team
Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations
Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance
Maintain consistently high standards of service, food and guest experience
Develop and execute events and promotional opportunities
Manage rotas, recruitment, training and team development
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures
Build strong relationships with suppliers, guests and local partners

About You
You will be an experienced General Manager or Deputy General Manager with a strong background in restaurants, bars, events or high-volume hospitality.
You’ll be commercially aware, energetic and highly organised, with the leadership skills to motivate a team and the confidence to make decisions in a busy operation.
