About the job:

As Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the bar team, responsible for curating an exceptional guest experience and leading a high-performing front-of-house operation. You’ll have creative input on the drinks menu, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the venue’s esteemed reputation.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisor in a premium or high volume venue
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A passion for mixology, wine, and spirits with a creative flair
• Ability to manage stock, rotas, training, and compliance
• Hands on, guest-focused, and commercially aware
