About the Role:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team across multiple bar outlets within a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Drive consistent service standards while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee cocktail menu development, stock control, supplier relationships, and compliance.
• Work closely with senior management to deliver operational excellence and achieve financial targets.
• Champion training and development to build a knowledgeable and motivated bar team.

About you:

• Experienced Bar Manager from a high volume, quality driven restaurant background.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a coaching mentality.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and current trends in the London bar scene.
• Financially astute with experience managing budgets, stock, and P&L.
• Passionate about hospitality, with a drive to deliver exceptional service.
