About the job:

As the Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the bar’s energy, quality, and smooth operation. You’ll lead a talented team, design unforgettable drink menus, ensure top-notch service, and maintain an exciting, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and staff scheduling
• Train, motivate, and manage a dynamic team of bartenders
• Create and maintain high-quality beverage menus with seasonal offerings
• Ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, manage stock orders, and control costs
• Enforce health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with the events team to deliver seamless service for private functions and events

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar management
• Experienced in the UK busy Bar industry
• Skilled mixologist with a strong understanding of cocktail trends
• Natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Passionate about hospitality and seeking an exciting island life
