Our client is a premium cocktail events company founded by an industry-leading mixologist and known for delivering luxury cocktail experiences across high-end events, corporate activations and bespoke branded products.
They are now seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to join the business and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new client acquisition and creative sales initiatives across the London events market.
This is a flexible hybrid role combining business development, relationship management and creative proposal building, ideal for someone with strong connections within the London events or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new corporate clients, luxury event planners and brand partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the business within the London events market
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract signing
- Create compelling proposals and quotations aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts and offerings
- Track performance against sales targets and provide regular reporting on KPIs and market trends
About You
- Proven background in business development or sales within events, hospitality or beverage sectors
- Strong existing network within the London events industry
- Confident communicator with excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable creating visually engaging proposals using tools such as Canva or similar
- A passion for hospitality, events and premium experiences
