Our client is a premium cocktail events company founded by an industry-leading mixologist and known for delivering luxury cocktail experiences across high-end events, corporate activations and bespoke branded products.

They are now seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to join the business and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new client acquisition and creative sales initiatives across the London events market.

This is a flexible hybrid role combining business development, relationship management and creative proposal building, ideal for someone with strong connections within the London events or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage new corporate clients, luxury event planners and brand partners
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the business within the London events market
  3. Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract signing
  4. Create compelling proposals and quotations aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
  5. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts and offerings
  7. Track performance against sales targets and provide regular reporting on KPIs and market trends

About You

  • Proven background in business development or sales within events, hospitality or beverage sectors
  • Strong existing network within the London events industry
  • Confident communicator with excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Comfortable creating visually engaging proposals using tools such as Canva or similar
  • A passion for hospitality, events and premium experiences
