Change Hospitality is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join the brigade of one of Central London’s most exciting contemporary restaurants.

The kitchen champions fresh produce, bold flavours, and beautifully executed dishes, making it the perfect environment for a chef looking to develop their skills alongside an experienced and passionate team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring every plate leaving the pass reflects the restaurant’s high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running your section during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to maintain exceptional quality.
• Assisting with mise en place, stock control, and minimising waste.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Delivering exceptional food in a fast-paced, service-led environment.

About You

We’re looking for a chef who thrives in busy restaurants and has a genuine passion for modern dining.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, fresh-food restaurant.
• Strong technical cooking skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A passion for contemporary cuisine and beautifully presented dishes.
• The ability to stay organised and composed during high-volume service.
• A positive attitude and a desire to continually learn and develop.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
