This is a proactive sales role for a luxury business focused on converting enquiries, building relationships and developing new business opportunities with an international client base. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, confidently guiding them through the sales journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to sales and must be fluent in English plus at least one additional European language.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and convert new client enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-up
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and encourage repeat business
• Manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to aftercare
• Maintain accurate CRM records, booking schedules and client data
• Handle enquiries via telephone, email and digital communication platforms
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Support front-of-house activities where required
• Represent the brand professionally across every client interaction
• Maintain high standards of communication, administration and client service

About You

• Previous experience within sales, business development or client relationship management
• A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for converting opportunities into business

Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:

• French
• Italian
• German
• Spanish
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working within luxury hospitality, premium retail, healthcare or a high-end customer-facing environment advantageous
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional, polished and commercially minded
• Able to build rapport quickly with an international client base
