Our client is an innovative, female-led catering company known for delivering exceptional food and creative events across London. They have built a reputation for producing stylish, sustainable catering experiences and are now looking for a Content Manager to join their growing team.

This is a creative, hands-on role responsible for bringing the brand to life through engaging content across social media, digital channels and marketing materials. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s voice online while showcasing their food, events and people.

Working closely with the marketing and events teams, you will plan, create and deliver content that strengthens the brand, builds audience engagement and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the company’s content calendar aligned with marketing strategy and key business goals
Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content showcasing menus, events and behind-the-scenes moments
Write engaging copy for social media, newsletters, marketing materials and press content
Manage daily activity across priority channels including Instagram and LinkedIn
Identify social media trends and develop creative campaigns to grow audience and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to create compelling brand stories
Track and analyse content performance, reporting on engagement, reach and ROI
Manage website content including menus, case studies and imagery to ensure it remains fresh and up to date
Work with SEO specialists to optimise content for visibility and lead generation

About You

At least 2 years’ experience in a content, social media or marketing role, ideally within food, events or hospitality
Creative storyteller with a strong eye for visuals and brand tone of voice
Confident using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics and visual assets
Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience working with photographers, videographers and designers
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A proactive self-starter who enjoys collaborating with different teams
Passionate about food, events and creative brand storytelling
