The concept bridges casual dining and culinary craftsmanship, with a focus on speed, precision, and quality. It’s backed by a respected hospitality group with a reputation for quality driven, people first venues.
We’re on the hunt for passionate Artisan Sandwich Makers who take pride in their craft and love working in a fast-paced, high energy kitchen. You’ll be part of the founding team, playing a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one.
About the job:
- Prepare high quality sandwiches to spec with consistency and care
- Handle fresh, seasonal ingredients with confidence and creativity
- Maintain clean and efficient prep and service stations
- Support daily mise en place and restocking
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols
- Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development and testing phases
- Represent the brand with pride and professionalism
About You:
- Previous experience in fast-casual, deli, or fresh prep kitchens preferred
- Strong knife skills and a love for food craftsmanship
- Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable during service
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a great team player
- Passionate about food quality, flavour, and presentation
- Excited to be part of a start-up-style launch with long-term potential
