We’re looking for a hands on Event Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in both planning and managing events on-site, who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

This role is based in a fastpaced event catering company working across multiple venues in London. From private parties to large-scale corporate functions, they deliver exceptional food and service to clients all over the city.

The Role:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events across various London sites
• Support set-up, delivery, and breakdown of on-site events
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with clients and venue staff to ensure all needs are met

Key requirements:

• Some experience in event catering, hospitality, or operations
• Comfortable working on-site at events (including evenings/weekends as required)
• Happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
