My client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to lead the seamless execution of our bespoke catering events. With a focus on high-quality, fresh ingredients and exceptional service, we create unforgettable experiences across corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and large-scale occasions. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Event Operations Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of premium, tailored events, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, and supplier coordination, while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and every detail reflects our brand ethos.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand presentation standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
  • Provide clear leadership to front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure all staff maintain our high standards in food safety, service, and sustainability practices.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and planning teams to deliver bespoke event experiences tailored to each client’s vision.
  • Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Respond proactively to client requests and challenges, ensuring every event is a success.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

  • Oversee inventory and equipment management to ensure efficiency and readiness for all events.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations, in line with our commitment to excellence.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve operational processes for sustainability and efficiency.
