My client is looking for an experience and creative Sous Chef to join their ever-growing team based in Southeast London.

The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start, offering a package up to £48K per year, Sunday always off plus another day. The bonus scheme is also part of the financial package.

The ideal Sous Chef will be passionate, with previous experience in a similar role, organized and able to effectively train, delegate & supervise the BOH team.

Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and the suitable Sous Chef can start employment within days.
