About the role:

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, training, and scheduling.

  • Effectively manage restaurant finances, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
