We are seeking a talented and experienced Cocktail Bar Manager to lead our team in a vibrant and exciting cocktail bar located in the heart of London Bridge.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a proven track record in managing a busy bar.

About the job:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the cocktail bar’s daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
• Create and maintain an outstanding customer experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring high-quality drinks are served
• Develop and implement beverage programs, menus, and promotions to drive sales and profitability
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and servers, and ensure that they are delivering consistent and exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery
• Monitor and analyse sales and profitability data, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and maximise profitability

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Cocktail Bar Manager, or in a similar role in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant environment
• A deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails, with a passion for mixology
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
• A creative mindset and a passion for developing new and innovative beverage programs
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
