We are currently seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a premium corporate site in EC2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and creative chef to take full ownership of a high-end operation, within a Monday-to-Friday environment that offers genuine work-life balance.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, driving standards, innovation, and team performance. You will lead from the front, ensuring the delivery of outstanding food while maintaining a strong focus on quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team
• Designing and delivering seasonal, innovative menus to a premium standard
• Managing food costs, GP, and kitchen budgets effectively
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous/Executive Sous ready to step up
• Background in premium contract catering, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants
• Strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and modern food trends
• Professional, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
