Working Pattern: Part-time, 24 hours per week
3 days per week (office based) with occasional flexibility for events and trade shows
My client is a prestigious London events venue seeking a Marketing Executive to support the growth of its corporate and private events business.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, CRM management and venue promotion. Working closely with the Head of Events & Catering, you will play a key role in driving venue visibility, generating enquiries and supporting revenue growth through targeted marketing activity.
The role would suit someone with previous events or venue marketing experience who enjoys working across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing activity to drive venue enquiries and bookings
- Manage venue listings, venue-finding websites and marketing platforms
- Create and distribute newsletters, mailshots, press releases and marketing collateral
- Develop and manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns
- Maintain and optimise CRM data to support targeted marketing activity
- Analyse enquiry trends and marketing performance to identify opportunities
- Support the planning and promotion of venue showcases and networking events
- Attend industry trade shows and promotional events
- Gather and utilise client feedback to support marketing initiatives
- Work closely with events and catering teams to support commercial objectives
About You
- Previous sales and marketing experience within venues, hospitality or events
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database marketing
- Commercially aware with a results-driven approach
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of catering and event operations advantageous
